Managing your Account:

How do I adjust my account settings?

Experiencing difficulty with adjusting your account settings? Simply navigate to the account page by following this path: Settings -> Account Information. Once there, you can modify your first and last names, change your password, delete your account, and access your customer ID and email.

How do I change my account password?

Need to change your password? Simply go to the account page by following this path: Settings -> Account Information. Once there, click on ‘Change Password,’ and a link will be sent to your email to facilitate the password reset.

How can I cancel or change my subscription with Apple?

How do I cancel, pause or change my subscription with Google/Android?

How can I renew my account?

Once on the Login page, click ‘Renew Account’ located at the bottom left, under the ‘Sign Up’ button. After clicking, you’ll be directed to a page where you’ll need to enter the email and password associated with your kslindex account. Once you’ve done that, select your subscription plan from the dropdown menu and then click ‘Renew my Account’.

 

Please note that this option will only renew accounts that have expired and have not been deleted.

How can I delete my account?

Simply navigate to the account page by following this path: Settings -> Account Information. Once there, click on ‘Delete Account’ and confirm the action.

 

Please be aware that deleting your account is a permanent action. Your account and all of its associated data will be removed from kslindex, and there will be no possibility of recovery. By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept all agreements associated with deleting an account. If you have a subscription through Apple or Google and do not wish to be billed for the following month, you must cancel it. Please note that there are no refunds.
